SEXY PHOTO - Caroline D'Amore

Caroline D'Amore: When the company Marceau that I've modeled for many times asked if I wanted to do a line, I thought, "hell yes." I asked myself, "What do I want to make that kind of sucks and I can never find?" The first thing that came to mind were bathing suits. So D'Amore by Marceau was created and our bathing suits of all shapes and sizes will be available next month at PLAYONNES.BLOGSPOT.com

PLAYONNES: Tell us a little about your fashion line.

Caroline D'Amore: I've always been a fashion freak, but not being a rich kid made it hard to keep up with the kids in la la land, so my sisters and I would always go downtown to the fashion district and buy tons of fabrics. Then before we'd go out I'd wrap the fabrics around them and sew outfits onto their bodies. They actually came out amazing except for the ocasional nipple slips caused by poor sewing. Everyone would always ask where we got our outfits and when my sissies would say it was a Caroline D'amore piece people never believed us. It was awesome.

PLAYONNES: What has been your favorite acting role since you've become an actress?

Caroline D'Amore: My favorite role hasn't been put out there yet. It's the role of "Jamie" in a movie I wrote with my partner James Sclafani called Greetings from Atlantic City.

PLAYONNES: Do you remember your first casting call as an actress? How was it, were you nervous, and what was it for?

Caroline D'Amore: My first casting call as an actress was for The O.C. when it first went on the air. I was so nervous I must have looked like I was about to vomit.
The response I got back, I believe, was: "Shes super cute but very green." I was like what the heck is green? I had never been to an acting class or anything. Luckily sticking with it and learning a few tricks of the trade from some great teachers got rid of my green. Now I'm yellow.

Playonnes : What's your opinion on love?

Caroline D'Amore: Hhhmmm. You can't rush love. I think you need to be older to be completely in love. When you don't know exactly who you are, how can you know who's right for you? I don't really buy the two halves make a whole bit. Each person in a loving relationship needs to be whole. That way you know exactly what you're getting and exactly what not to expect.
